BiohackingFeed is an independent publication covering supplements, sleep, longevity, and human performance. This page explains exactly how our articles are produced, because we think readers should know that before deciding how much weight to give what they read here.
Our articles are drafted by an AI language model (Claude, developed by Anthropic). Topics are surfaced from public community discussion on Reddit and from search trends, then written up as full articles referencing published research. Drafts are published to the site automatically on a daily schedule.
We say this plainly because it matters: these articles are AI-written. They are not authored by clinicians, and they are not individually fact-checked by a human before publication. We review content periodically and correct errors when we find them or when readers report them, but you should not read any article here as though a doctor signed off on it.
Every article is instructed to cite specific studies by author or institution, year, and journal; to distinguish established findings from preliminary or contested ones; and to say plainly where evidence is thin. AI models can misattribute studies or overstate findings, so if a claim matters to a decision you are making, follow the citation to the source.
Articles are credited to "BiohackingFeed Editorial" rather than to an individual. We do not invent author names or credentials, and we do not present AI-written work as the work of a named expert. BiohackingFeed is not staffed by licensed medical professionals.
Nothing published here is medical advice. Some topics we cover — peptides, nootropics, high-dose supplementation — involve compounds that are not approved for human use, carry real risks, or interact with prescription medication. Talk to a qualified clinician before acting on anything you read here.
If you find an error, please tell us. We will investigate, correct the article, note the correction, and update the modified date. For significant errors we add a visible correction notice at the top of the article. We would rather be corrected than be wrong quietly.
Some articles contain affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission on purchases. Affiliate relationships do not determine what we cover or how a product is described. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
